当前,用于计算车轮内部温度和应力的理论方法有有限差分法和有限单元法。这两种方法的解只在材料弹性范围内是适用的。现已发表的非弹性即塑性分析尚未被试验数据证实,所以尚未达到实用阶段。本文介绍Abex公司在研究设计新型33英寸(838毫米)货车车轮时应用的理论和实验方法。理论计算的结果已由实物动力试验台的试验数据所证实。文中还讨论了新型和旧型车轮的破坏性实物动力试验的结果。
At present, the theoretical methods used to calculate the internal temperature and stress of the wheel are the finite difference method and the finite element method. The solution of these two methods is only applicable within the range of material elasticity. The published non-elastic and plastic analysis has not yet been confirmed by the experimental data, so it has not reached the practical stage. This article describes the theoretical and experimental approaches that Abex uses to study the design of a new 33-inch (838 mm) truck wheel. The result of theoretical calculation has been confirmed by the test data of the physical dynamic test bench. The article also discusses the results of destructive physical dynamics tests on new and old wheels.
