我国《“十三五”旅游业发展规划》指出,旅游已经成为人民群众日常生活的重要组成部分,自助游、自驾游成为主要的出游方式。面对巨大的散客旅游市场,迫切需要完善政府旅游公共服务设施。2017年全国旅游业重点工作计划指出,旅游目的地要加快推进旅游公共服务体系建设,整合旅游集散中心、咨询中心等资源;要加快制定《城市游客中心服务规范》,以大力推进我国旅游目的地的游客中心建设。 China’s “13th Five-Year Plan for Tourism Development” pointed out that tourism has become an important part of the daily life of the people. Self-help travel and self-driving tours have become the main mode of travel. Faced with a huge market for individual tourists, there is an urgent need to improve government tourism public service facilities. In 2017, the key work plan for the tourism industry in the country points out that tourism destinations should speed up the construction of tourism public service system and integrate resources such as tourism distribution centers and consultation centers; speed up the formulation of “city visitor center service standards” in order to vigorously promote China’s tourism destinations Visitor center building.
