工业过程控制中许多控制器在运行初期具有良好的性能,但运行一段时间之后,因受到各种变动因素的影响,控制器性能就会逐渐变差。如果这种性能变差的情况没有被及时发现,将对工业生产的安全稳定运行造成很大破坏。由于现代生产过程存在过程回路很多,仅仅依靠工程师的个人经验对各个回路进行监测既费时又费力。目前的过程控制中普遍采用DCS系统,得到大量的过程运行数据非常容易,如何有效利用这些数据分析控制回路的性能就成为很有价值研究课题。本文利用最小方差准则的性能评价方法对火电厂除氧器水位系统进行了性能评价,仿真结果表明,这种评价方法对实际控制回路性能的监测有一定指导意义。
Many controllers in industrial process control have good performance in the early stage of operation, but after a period of operation, controller performance will gradually deteriorate due to various factors. If this deterioration of performance is not found in time, it will cause great damage to the safe and stable operation of industrial production. Due to the large number of process loops in modern manufacturing processes, it is both time-consuming and labor-intensive to rely on the engineer’s personal experience to monitor each circuit. At present, DCS is widely used in process control. It is very easy to get a large amount of process data. How to effectively use these data to analyze the performance of control loop has become a valuable research topic. In this paper, the performance evaluation method of minimum variance criterion is used to evaluate the deaerator water level system in thermal power plant. The simulation results show that this method is of guiding significance for the monitoring of actual control loop performance.
