本文对现行的小能量多冲试验中的多冲抗力问题进行了探讨,对目前典型的多冲曲线进行了解释,并表示了看法,指出了现行方法所存在的缺陷。作为印证作者的观点,对三点弯曲和四点弯曲下的多冲进行了实际试验和分析计算,并进行了对比验证。根据文中的论点,作者认为现行的多冲抗力曲线是可以根据材料其它机械性能,如冲击韧性α_κ和材料的持久极限σ_r或强度极限σ_b的折算来获得。对现行的多冲抗力的试验研究方法提出了不同看法,并对这方面的今后工作提出了建议。
In this paper, we discuss the multi-impact resistance problems in the current multi-energy multi-shot test, explain the typical multi-impact curves and show the viewpoints, and point out the shortcomings of the current methods. As the author’s point of view, the experiments and analysis of three-point bending and four-point bending were carried out. The comparison and verification were carried out. According to the argument in the article, the author thinks that the current multi-impact resistance curve can be obtained according to the other mechanical properties of the material, such as the impact toughness α_κ and the material’s durability limit σ_r or strength limit σ_b. Put forward different opinions on the current experimental research methods of multi-impact resistance and put forward suggestions for future work in this respect.
