抽取2013年度66家职业卫生技术服务机构参加资质培训的1007名专业技术人员进行职业卫生技术培训状况问卷调查。结果显示,民营机构、事业单位医学类专业人员构成不合理,各机构之间年龄、学历、职称及专业结构差异有统计学意义,对专业技术培训需求较高。提示培训工作应创新模式,分层培训,满足不同层次专业技术人员培训需求,完善培训评估、考核体系,提高培训效果,提高全省职业卫生技术服务人员整体能力和水平。
A total of 1007 professional and technical personnel who participated in the qualification training of 66 occupational health service agencies in 2013 were sampled to conduct a questionnaire survey on occupational health technology training status. The results showed that the composition of medical professionals in private institutions and public institutions was unreasonable. There were significant differences in age, education level, professional titles and professional structure between the institutions, and the demand for specialized technical training was high. It is suggested that training should be based on innovative models and training in different levels to meet the training needs of professional and technical personnel at different levels. The training evaluation and assessment system should be improved to improve the training effect and to enhance the overall capability and level of occupational health service personnel across the province.
