土工合成材料——土工膜是一种新型的防渗材料,其防渗指标为:水蒸气渗透系数不大于1.0×10-13g·cm/(c(b)·s·pa)。近年来,土工膜以其优越的物理机械性能、化学性能、热力学性能和耐久性能得到了工程界的普遍重视。复合土工膜是以土工织物为导水层,以高分子材料为防渗层,采用高压连续本体聚合方法,经压延、热熔、涂敷而成的,产品具有质量轻、柔软、抗拉强度高、变形能力强、防渗性能好、施工方便、造价低等优点,可在水库、渠道、隧洞、蓄水池等防水防渗的水利工程中广泛应用。去年,我们走访了一些利用土工膜进行防渗处理的干渠工程,据调查了解,所有防渗渠道通过两年多时间的运行观察,土工防渗膜起到了良好的防渗作用。经防渗处理的渠道漏水、渗水现象消失了,节水效果也十分显著。笔者在此重点谈谈土工膜防渗渠道的施工工序。
