文章结合某雷达天线座方位支承转动装置拟采用的特大型轴承的选型工作,分析了四点接触球轴承和交叉滚子轴承的受载情况,将四点接触球轴承等效为两套相对安装的推力向心球轴承(α≥45°时)或向心推力球轴承(α<45°时),将交叉滚子轴承等效为两套相对安装的推力向心滚子轴承(α=45时),然后根据ISO的“额定动负荷法” 和“额定静负荷法”,借用已知的推力向心球轴承、向心推力球轴承和推力向心滚子轴承的计算公式、试验数据,归纳了特大型四点接触球轴承和交叉滚子轴承的动态寿命和静载能力的估算方法。列有计算示例一则。附图5幅。
