为了加速工程管理专业学生创新能力的培养,适应土木工程行业建设事业的需要,提高学生就业率和执业能力,通过借鉴美国创新型大学关于创新人才培养的目标和标准,确定了工程管理创新人才“1个意识,4个能力”的培养目标。针对此目标,分析比较了美国“整合教育”的培养模式,对工程管理创新人才培养系统进行构建,该系统由8个模块组成;同时为了保证系统模块的运行质量,我们提出了6项运行规则。
In order to speed up the training of engineering management students' innovative abilities, adapt to the needs of civil engineering construction, improve the employment rate and practicing ability of students, through drawing lessons from the goals and standards of American innovative universities for training innovative talents, the project management innovation talents “1 sense, 4 ability ” training objectives. In view of this goal, this paper analyzes and compares the training mode of American “integrated education”, and constructs a training system of engineering management innovative talents. The system consists of 8 modules. At the same time, in order to ensure the operation quality of the system modules, we propose 6 Running rules.
