以前期研究工作为基础,对合肥地区耕地(主要为旱地)土壤侵蚀量(主要为养分和表土流失量)进行测算,得出合肥地区耕地水土流失的总体情况和定量分析,在此基础上提出合肥地区耕地水土流失的严重性及其环境效应的危害性,特别是对农业生态环境和农村水利所造成的负作用,并进一步就某些至今还未能引起人们足够重视的生态制约因素提出警示,从而为农村水利、水保建设与农业的可持续发展以及区域水土保持和综合治理提供科学依据和参考意见。
Based on the previous research work, the soil erosion amount (mainly nutrients and topsoil loss) of cultivated land (mostly dry land) in Hefei area was calculated, and the general situation and quantitative analysis of soil and water loss of cultivated land in Hefei area were obtained. On this basis, The seriousness of the soil and water loss in Cultivated land and the harmfulness of its environmental effects in Hefei area, especially the negative effects on the agro-ecological environment and rural water conservancy, and further raised some warnings on the ecological constraints that so far have not attracted sufficient attention So as to provide scientific basis and reference for the sustainable development of rural water conservancy, water conservation and agriculture as well as regional soil and water conservation and integrated management.
