目前铬的高灵敏的显色反应尚不多。微量铬的测定,国内外常用二苯氨基脲法,其摩尔吸光系数只有3.4×10~4。国内作者改用铬(VI)-二苯氨基脲-对甲基苯磺酸萃取光度法测定铬,在选择性和灵敏度方面都有所改进,摩尔吸光系数达6.0×10~4。但该法必须用异戊醇萃取方能进行测定。我们发现铬(Ⅵ,Ⅲ)在加热的情况下均与3,5-diBr-PADAP生成稳定络合物,其摩尔吸光系数分别达8.6×10~4和7.7×10~4,为目前光度法测定铬的最灵敏方法之一。同时该络合物
