肝细胞线粒体数量较多,为细胞代谢活动提供了充分的能量,生化学家多用它作为研究对象。线粒体形状大多为园形或杆形,当外界或内部条件发生变化时,线粒体都会受到相应的影响,尤其饮食失节会使肝脏的线粒体在超微结构上发生一定的改变。对过劳和饮食失节塑造的大白鼠脾气虚证模型同道已进行过多指标的研究,但此种条件对肝脏线粒体超微结构的影响尚无人报道,本文对此问题进行了初步的研究。材料和方法本实验用Wistar大白鼠60只,体重120-150克,共分四组:造模组、四君子汤组、自然恢复组和对照组。
The number of mitochondria in liver cells is large, which provides sufficient energy for the metabolism of cells. Biochemists mostly use it as a research object. Most of the mitochondrion shape is round or rod-shaped. When the external or internal conditions change, the mitochondria will be affected. In particular, eating disorders will cause a certain change in the ultrastructure of liver mitochondria. Models of spleen qi deficiency in rats modelled on overwork and eating disorders have been studied in terms of excessive indicators, but this condition has not been reported on the ultrastructure of liver mitochondria. This article has conducted a preliminary study on this issue. Materials and Methods Sixty Wistar rats weighing 120-150 grams were used in this experiment and divided into four groups: model group, Sijunzi Decoction group, natural recovery group and control group.
