本文对２２例再生障碍性贫血病人因子Ⅷ促凝活性（Ⅷ：Ｃ），血管性假性血友病因子（ＶＷＦ），ＶＷＦ／Ⅷ：Ｃ的血浆水平进行了观察，发现再生障碍性贫血病人Ⅷ：Ｃ较正常组明显增高（Ｐ＜０．０１），且与ＴＣＯ２呈负相关。提示病人Ⅷ；Ｃ增高可能与ＨＣＯ３减少有关。ＶＷＦ虽略有增高但经统计学处理无显著性差异。ＶＷＦ／Ⅷ：Ｃ较正常组明显减低（Ｐ＜０．０５），是由于Ⅷ：Ｃ增高所致。
In this paper, plasma levels of factor Ⅷ procoagulant activity (Ⅷ: C), von Willebrand factor (VWF) and VWF / Ⅷ: C in 22 patients with aplastic anemia were observed and found that patients with aplastic anemia Ⅷ: C was significantly higher than the normal group (P <0.01), and negatively correlated with TCO2. Prompt patient Ⅷ; C increased may be related to the reduction of HCO3. Although VWF slightly increased, but no significant difference by statistical analysis. VWF / Ⅷ: C was significantly lower than the normal group (P <0.05), due to the increase of Ⅷ: C.
