With the development of society and the times, the state places greater emphasis on the development of higher education. As far as the development of higher education in our country is concerned, higher education has made a significant improvement both in the scale of running schools and in the quality of education. The state’s investment in higher education has made the reform of state-owned asset management model necessary. The construction of a new performance evaluation system for state-owned assets management is a guarantee for the effective use of assets. This article mainly analyzes the construction strategy of the performance evaluation system of state-owned assets management in colleges and universities.
