用钢板或钢管冲压焊制汽车整体桥壳是一项新技术。我厂试制样品如图1所示。其主要加工表面是法兰盘端面止口和两端φ64(+0.03)孔。目前国外的传统加工方法,如西德、美国都是用带随行夹具的步进式自动线。起初我厂也准备建立两条自动线,分别加工前后桥壳。在每条自动线上需要有七台机床、三台辅助设备、一个工件转位装置,以及随行夹具输送和返回装置。由于工件长达1公尺以上,故各种设备都将庞大,投资和厂房亦大。即使能够只用一条线加工前后桥,但在制品的堆放也成问题。
Stamping steel or steel pipe with the overall car shell is a new technology. I plant trial sample shown in Figure 1. Its main processing surface is flange end face and both ends φ64 (+0.03) hole. At present, foreign traditional processing methods, such as West Germany, the United States are using accompanying walkie-paced automatic line. At first I plant is also prepared to establish two automatic lines, respectively, before and after the processing of the axle shell. Seven machines, three auxiliary equipment, a workpiece indexing device, and pallet transport and return devices are required on each automatic line. As the workpiece more than 1 meter long, so a variety of equipment will be huge, investment and plant also large. Even though it is possible to machine the front and rear axles with only one line, stacking of the products is problematic.
