展开中国地图,我们会看到位于祖国北疆的黑龙江省宛如一只矫健的天鹅,昂首欲飞。新中国成立50年来,全省各族人民在中国共产党的领导下,经过辛勤努力,艰苦奋斗,使这块广袤无垠的黑土地发生了令世人瞩目的变化。(一)1949年10月1日,中华人民共和国宣告成立后,黑龙江(当时区划为松江和黑龙江省,1954年两省合并)各族人民积极响应党和国家号召,全力投入恢复、发展国民经济工作中。经过三年努力,达到了争取国家财政经济状况基本好转的目标,完成了国民经济恢复任务。1950年至1953年开展了镇压反革命、“三反”“五反”、抗美援朝运动,有力地巩固了人民民主专政,使全省人民受到了教育和锻炼。
