目的:建立不同采收期佛甲草的HPLC特征图谱,并与外形极似的近缘植物药垂盆草进行比较,为其鉴别及质量控制提供可靠的分析方法。方法:用HPLC法研究不同采收期佛甲草的特征图谱及垂盆草的特征图谱,比较异同。结果:从佛甲草HPLC特征图谱中标定了金丝桃苷、异槲皮苷、黄芪苷3个共有峰;相同产地不同生境的佛甲草的HPLC图谱基本一致;同一产地不同采收期佛甲草的HPLC图谱差异显著,多数共有峰峰面积有不同程度变化,且峰的数目(即成分种类)也有所差异。两种植物药HPLC谱图虽有4个共有峰,但有显著区别;研究认为二者均以4月底至5月盛花期时采收为宜。结论:建立的HPLC特征指纹图谱为佛甲草鉴定及质量分析提供了重要参考依据。
OBJECTIVE: To establish the HPLC characteristic map of Dole and Gramineae at different harvest times and to compare with the closely related Sargentobucaceae, which provides a reliable analytical method for its identification and quality control. Methods: The HPLC method was used to study the characteristic maps of Capsicum and different characteristics of Sargassum. Results: The common peaks of hyperoside, isoquercitrin and astragaloside were identified from the HPLC characteristic map of S.japonica. The HPLC spectra of S. japonicus in different habitats of the same origin were basically the same. The chromatograms of Achilles tendon differed significantly, most of the total peak area had varying degrees of change, and the number of peaks (that is, the composition of the species) also varied. Although there are four common peaks in the HPLC spectra of the two plant herbs, there are significant differences between the two species. The study suggests that both of them should be harvested at full flowering from the end of April to May.
