如何有效地培养学生的创新精神和实践能力,是当前教育教学改革中面临的一个重要问题,也是实验教学与仪器工作者在教育教学实践中要去认真探讨的一个主要课题。根据新课程改革的需要,我市仪电站指导中小学理科实验教师在教学实践中积极开展实验教学的研究,作了一些尝试与探索,在此谈一点初浅认识和体会。一、认真学习新课程教学理念与策略从2003年开始,我们以临湘市教育局编写的《新课程教学理念与策略》为基本教材,组织全市中小学理科(中学理化生、小学自然)实验教师进行培训,让大家明白新课程
How to effectively cultivate students’ innovative spirit and practical ability is an important issue in the current education and teaching reform, and it is also a major topic that experimental teaching and instrumental workers must seriously discuss in education and teaching practice. According to the needs of the new curriculum reform, the city’s instrument power station guided the scientific experimental teachers in primary and secondary schools to actively carry out research on experimental teaching and made some attempts and explorations.
