目的了解海南省海口市男男性行为人群特征及HIV/梅毒感染现状。方法采用滚雪球法对海口市男男性行为人群进行横断面调查,调查对象在完成面对面问卷调查后,抽取5~10 mL血液样本检测HIV及梅毒。结果在完成的248份问卷中,56.5%(140/248)的人为主动参与调查,34.3%(85/248)为网络招募;39.1%(97/248)的人为外省户籍,89.1%(221/248)的人有过肛交性行为,17.7%(44/248)的人存过去6个月与女性发生过性行为,4.8%(12/248)的人与同性有过商业性行为:该人群HIV总感染率为2.0%(5/248),梅毒感染率为10.5%(26/248);本省户籍与外省户籍MSM的HIV感染率分别为2.6%(4/151)和1.0%(1/97),梅毒感染率分别为7.9%(12/151)和14.4%(14/97),差异均无统计学意义;与女性发生过性行为的MSM HIV感染率为4.5%(2/44),梅毒感染率为9.1%(4/44).<20岁、20岁~、30岁~、≥40岁的HIV感染率分别为4.3%(1/23)、1.2%(2/168)、2.3%(1/44)和7.7%(1/13),差异均无统计学意义。结论 <20岁、>40岁、外省户籍、与女性有过性行为的MSM具有较高的HIV感染率,在今后的艾滋病防控工作中应作为重点人群进行干预。
Objective To understand the characteristics of MSM and the status of HIV / syphilis infection in Haikou City, Hainan Province. Methods The snowball method was used to conduct a cross-sectional survey of men who have sex with men in Haikou City. After completing face-to-face questionnaire survey, 5 to 10 mL of blood samples were collected to detect HIV and syphilis. Results Among the 248 questionnaires completed, 56.5% (140/248) of the respondents voluntarily participated in the survey, 34.3% (85/248) recruited online, 39.1% (97/248) 248) had anal sex, 17.7% (44/248) had had sexual intercourse with women in the past 6 months and 4.8% (12/248) had sexual intercourse with same sex: the group The overall HIV prevalence rate was 2.0% (5/248) and syphilis infection rate was 10.5% (26/248). The prevalence of HIV infection among women who had sexual intercourse was 4.5% (2/44) , And the infection rate of syphilis was 9.1% (4/44). The prevalence of HIV infection was 4.3% (1/23), 1.2% (2/168) in patients aged <20 years, 2.3% (1/44) and 7.7% (1/13), respectively, with no significant difference. Conclusion MSM <20 years old,> 40 years old, household registration in other provinces and having sex with women have a higher HIV infection rate, and should be intervened in key AIDS prevention and control work in the future.
