探索跨群体主观幸福感模型,检验信度与效度。在文献研究的基础上,编制主观幸福感调查问卷,首先选取536名大学生、教师和医生进行测量,采用SPSS19.0软件进行探索性因素分析,形成初步测量问卷。然后再次选取以上3个群体的729人进行测量,采用AMOS7.0软件进行验证性因素分析。结果表明,跨群体主观幸福感由工作满意感、社会信心感、生活充裕感、社会性成熟感、人际和谐感、个性成熟感和主导心境7个因素构成,二阶因素分析可以聚合成外源幸福感和内源幸福感二因素。信度与效度检验良好,最终形成正式的测量问卷可以在跨群体幸福感测量和研究中使用。
Explore cross-group subjective well-being model to test the reliability and validity. Based on the literature research, a subjective well-being questionnaire was prepared. Firstly, 536 college students, teachers and doctors were selected for the survey. Exploratory factor analysis was carried out using SPSS19.0 software to form a preliminary questionnaire. And then again select the above three groups of 729 people to measure the use of AMOS7.0 software for confirmatory factor analysis. The results show that the cross-group subjective well-being consists of seven factors: job satisfaction, social confidence, life fullness, social maturity, interpersonal harmony, personality maturity and dominant mood. Second-order factor analysis can be aggregated into exogenous Happiness and endogenous happiness two factors. Good reliability and validity test, the final formation of a formal questionnaire can be used in measurement and research across population happiness.
