目的 对野蔷薇根的化学成分进行研究。方法 采用乙醇提取、溶剂萃取、柱层析、重结晶等方法从蔷薇科植物野蔷薇的根中提取分离活性成分 ,通过波谱方法进行结构鉴定。结果 自野蔷薇根的醇提物中分得 7个化合物。结论 除文献报道过的野鸦春酸 (euscaphicacid) (3) ,sericicacid(4) ,kaji ichigosideF1(5 ) ,野蔷薇甙 (rosamultin) (6 )和niga ichigosideF2 (7) ,还首次从野蔷薇根中分到fupanzicacid(1) ,2 oxo pomolicacid(2 )。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of wild rose root. Methods The active components were extracted from the roots of the wild Rosa roxburghii by ethanol extraction, solvent extraction, column chromatography and recrystallization. The structures were identified by the spectral method. Results Seven compounds were obtained from the ethanol extract of wild Rosanum root. Conclusions In addition to euscaphicacid (3), sericicacid (4), kaji ichigosideF1 (5), rosamultin (6) and niga ichigosideF2 (7), which have been reported in the literature, for the first time, wild berry roots Divided into fupanzicacid(1), 2 oxo pomolicacid(2).
