为了满足生产的需要,针对液氧储送器壁厚1~3mm不锈钢筒体的焊接难点,以及对焊接质量的严格要求,开发设计、研制了微机控制的液氧储送器纵、环缝焊接专机,实现了筒身纵缝和环缝焊接过程的自动化。对该专机的传动装置、主要技术参数、工作原理、结构特点及焊接工艺进行了介绍,该机在国内液氧储送器制造中,处于首创和领先地位。
