本文通过对一例大学生发言紧张的临床诊断和干预,运用元认知干预技术中的临床放松训练和暗示学习原理,有效地解决了该生的发言紧张问题,促进其全面发展和自身潜能的提升,效果显著,从而为解决大学生发言紧张开辟了一条可以借鉴的新路子。
