济南火柴厂在检查总结1981年包产定奖、超产计件经济责任制的基础上,1982年实行分等优选定额责任制,超产加奖,完不成扣发基本工资。具体办法是: (一)采取厂对车间、车间对班组机台实行分等优选定额责任制,定额标准分标兵机台、先进机台和一般机台。机台台时产量、质量、消耗等定额指标,达到全国先进单位水平时为“标兵机台”;达到部颁标准时为“先进机台”;达到历史较好纪录时为“一般机台”。对职能科室规定了挖潜节约指标、费用定额;对食堂规定了生活调剂指标,执行好的加奖,不好的扣奖。对每个车间、班组、工序都规定了具体定额,按达到的定额水平计发奖金。现以该厂一车间电锯工序举例如下:
