目的:建立快速、准确、高灵敏度的测定镇静催眠类中成药中非法添加巴比妥、司可巴比妥钠、异戊巴比妥、苯巴比妥、氯美扎酮的分析方法。方法:色谱柱:Kromasil C_(18)(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-0.2%(v/v)醋酸溶液(25:75),流速:1ml·min~(-1),检测波长:210 nm,柱温:35℃,进样量:20μl。结果:5种化学镇静催眠药相互之间分离良好,检出限为1.43~4.26 ng;回收率为97.29%~101.48%,RSD为0.9%~1.5%。结论:该方法灵敏准确,可作为镇静催眠类中成药中巴比妥、司可巴比妥钠、异戊巴比妥、苯巴比妥、氯美扎酮的有效检测方法。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a rapid, accurate and sensitive method for the determination of sedative-hypnotic Chinese patent medicines illegally added with barbiturate, sobarbital sodium, amobarbital, phenobarbital and clomethazine. METHODS: The chromatographic column was eluted with Kromasil C18 (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.2% (v / v) , Detection wavelength: 210 nm, column temperature: 35 ℃, injection volume: 20μl. Results: The five kinds of chemical sedatives and hypnotics separated well with the detection limits of 1.43 ~ 4.26 ng. The recoveries ranged from 97.29% to 101.48% with RSD of 0.9% to 1.5%. Conclusion: The method is sensitive and accurate, and can be used as an effective detection method of the traditional Chinese medicine sedative and hypnotic class of barbiturates, sobarbital sodium, amobarbital, phenobarbital, chlormethadone.
