结合海河流域及黄土高原的水土保持规划任务,对计算机信息处理技术及遥感技术在小流域土地资源清查及水土保持规划中的应用作了研究。研究成果表明,采用这种方法可以显著提高调查及规划工作的质量与效率。与目前通用的方法相比,提高调查速度约20倍,降低费用约1/2。应用信息库检索、统计土地资源信息及编制最优方案的速度,比通用方法提高约400倍。
Combined with the task of soil and water conservation planning in the Haihe River Basin and the Loess Plateau, the application of computerized information processing technology and remote sensing technology in inventory of land resources and soil and water conservation planning in small watershed was studied. The research results show that using this method can significantly improve the quality and efficiency of investigation and planning work. Compared with the current common method, the survey speed is increased by about 20 times and the cost reduced by about 1/2. The application of information base retrieval, statistical information on land resources and the preparation of the optimal program speed, about 400 times more than the general method.
