利用费氏弧菌(Vibrio fisheri)发光原理研究了3种环境毒物对费氏弧菌的单一毒性与联合毒性的影响。结果显示,Cd~(2+)、除草剂草甘膦、除虫剂啶虫脒单独存在时,均对发光菌产生毒性作用,其光抑制率随测试时间的延长和浓度的增大而增强。但三者对费氏弧菌的剂量-效应关系曲线的影响有所不同,Cd~(2+)及啶虫脒的剂量-效应关系曲线趋于S型,而草甘膦的剂量-效应关系曲线为直线型。Cd~(2+)、草甘膦和啶虫脒对费氏弧菌的联合毒性与作用时间和体积比密切相关。当体积比为1:1时,Cd~(2+)与草甘膦的联合作用在5 min时表现为相加作用,15~45 min时表现为拮抗作用;Cd~(2+)与啶虫脒的联合作用在5min时表现为拮抗作用,15~30 min时表现为相加作用,45 min时表现为协同作用;草甘膦与啶虫脒的联合作用在整个测试时间段均表现为弱相加作用。从整个测试时间不同体积比来看,Cd~(2+)与草甘膦按0.1:0.1和0 2:0.5混合表现为拮抗作用,按1:1混合表现为相加作用;Cd~(2+)与啶虫脒按各比例混合均表现为相加作用;草甘膦与啶虫脒按各比例混合均表现为弱相加作用。
