企业并购是企业发展到一定程度之后,为了实现企业发展战略目标,从而开展的一项具体活动,同时也是企业扩大发展规模的直接方式。而财务整合作为企业并购工作的重要环节,在企业管理中占据着举足轻重的地位,是并购企业对被并购企业进行有效控制的重要手段。因此,本篇文章针对企业并购之后财务整合管理情况,从财务移植和融合两种常用整合模式入手,对财务整合的内容、难点以及策略展开的研究,促进企业财务整合管理水平的提高。
