本文通过对我军专职查新队伍的两次调查结果,对比分析其数量、年龄、专业、学历和职称结构的变化情况,用系统论的原理阐述如何建设一支专业布局合理、知识结构适当的查新队伍,强调应重视查新队伍整体效应的发挥。
