针对现有免耕播种机动土量大的难题,对一种免耕精量直插式播种机点播装置进行研究,通过做正交试验和运用MATLAB软件进行参数优化,确定了该机构的最优参数组合为:曲柄150 mm,滑块连接杆40mm,机架220 mm,曲柄偏置距离100 mm,点种鸭嘴到曲柄与导种插管铰接点长度300 mm,通过ADAMS软件仿真可以得出结论:免耕精量直插式播种机点播装置的播种深度为60 mm,纵向土壤扰动量为3%,播种角度91°,最后通过试验验证了结论的可靠性。
