我国小型的汽车销售企业是指我国自主知识产权的汽车4S店,所谓4S是指是一种以“四位一体”为核心的汽车特许经营模式。在目前人才需求量持续增长并处于紧缺的状态下,我国小型的汽车销售企业不得不想出完善的劳资制度来吸引并留住人才。为了吸引和激励公司核心员工,创造员工个人利益与公司利益“一体化”的氛围,公司劳资体系在设计上引入激励性劳资的理念,满足业务需要,以效益为依托适应公司的战略发展,对内要公平合理,不断提升员工的人力。本文将以我国某小型汽车销售企业为例,探讨适合他们的劳资薪酬制定方式。
