用不连续聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分析了不同寄主的桃蛀果蛾(桃小食心虫)深滞育幼虫的血淋巴和混合组织匀浆液的酯酶同工酶。对血淋巴的分析表明,苹果寄主的桃蛀果蛾酯酶同工酶的酶活性显著高于山楂寄主的桃蛀果蛾,而且两者的酶带迁移率差异很大;对混合组织的分析表明,苹果寄主的桃蛀果蛾酯酶同工酶的数量和酶活性均高于山楂寄主的桃蛀果蛾。由此推断,以苹果为寄主的桃蛀果蛾和山楂寄主的桃蛀果蛾可能是两种不同的生态型。
Esterase isoenzymes of hemolymph and mixed tissue homogenates from deep-lag larvae of different host peach moth (Peach moth) were analyzed by discontinuous polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The analysis of hemolymph showed that the enzyme activity of esterase isozymes of moth moth moth was significantly higher than that of hawthorn host peach moth, and there was great difference in the mobility of enzyme bands between the two. The analysis of mixed tissues The results showed that the number of esterase isozymes and the enzyme activities of the moth moth moths were higher than that of the hawthorn host peach moths. From this, we concluded that the apple-oriented peach moth and the hawthorn host peach moth may be two different ecotypes.
