本文报告了功能食品格林Ⅰ号的研制,观察其对正常成人餐后血糖的影响。正常人进食100g格林Ⅰ号食品后60分钟血糖达到峰值(5.23±0.46mmol/L),进食等量普通食品后30分达到峰值(5.85±0.57mmol/L)。表明食用本品餐后血糖峰值低、出现晚(P<0.01)。10名Ⅱ型糖尿病患者,食用格林Ⅰ号食品三周后空腹及餐后两小时血糖均明显降低(P<0.01)。表明本食品是糖尿病患者理想的疗效食品。
This article reports the development of functional food Greene I and observes its effect on postprandial blood glucose in normal adults. The normal blood glucose peaked at 60 minutes (5.23 ± 0.46 mmol / L) and reached the peak at 30 minutes (5.85 ± 0.57 mmol / L) after eating normal food of 100g. Showed that after eating this product low peak blood glucose, appeared late (P <0.01). In 10 patients with type Ⅱ diabetes, fasting and postprandial blood glucose were significantly decreased after eating Glycine Ⅰ for three weeks (P <0.01). Show that the food is the ideal therapeutic effect of diabetes patients.
