健美操运动是以人体为对象,以健美为目标,以身体练习为内容,以艺术创造为手段,融体操、舞蹈、音乐为一体的一项新兴体育项目。深受广大年轻人特别是女生的喜爱。因此很多的高校已经开设了健美操的课程.来激发学生的体育兴趣和审美情趣。根据高校女大学生的身体发展现状,本文通过查阅资料法,分析讨论法,得出健美操运动对女大学生的心理影响是积极的,全面的作用。
Aerobics exercise is a new sports project taking the human body as the object, bodybuilding as the goal, body exercises as the content, artistic creation as the means, melting gymnastics, dance and music. By the vast number of young people, especially girls love. Therefore, many colleges and universities have already opened aerobics courses to stimulate students’ interest in sports and aesthetic taste. According to the physical development status of college female college students, this paper obtains the positive and comprehensive effect of aerobic exercise on the female college students by referring to the data method and analyzing the discussion method.
