目的探讨幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,H.pylori)感染对2型糖尿病(T2dM)患者糖、脂代谢的影响。方法选择2型糖尿病患者68例为研究对象,检测空腹血糖、血脂、H.pylori等指标。按H.pylori感染检查结果分为两组:H.pylori阳性DM组(DM1组),H.pylori阴性DM组(DM2组);比较两组患者血糖、血脂的差异。结果①空腹血糖水平:DM1组比DM2组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②血脂水平:DM1组TC、TG比DM2组高,DM1组HDL-C比DM2组低,DM1组与DM2组LDL-C差异无统计学意义。③H.pylori感染与代谢综合征患者外周炎症反应标志物(CRP、Fg、PLT、WBC)的相关性:其中MS1组Fg(4.51±0.87)g/L比MS2组(4.13±0.72)g/L高,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论合并H.pylori感染的DM患者血糖不易被控制。H.pylori感染能够使DM患者的TC、TG水平升高,HDL-C水平降低。但对LDL-C无影响。
Objective To investigate the effect of Helicobacter pylori (H.pylori) infection on glucose and lipid metabolism in type 2 diabetic patients (T2dM). Methods Sixty-eight patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were selected as research objects, and fasting blood glucose, blood lipid and H.pylori were detected. The H.pylori infection was divided into two groups: H.pylori positive DM group (DM1 group) and H.pylori negative DM group (DM2 group). The differences of blood glucose and blood lipid between the two groups were compared. Results ① fasting blood glucose levels: DM1 group than the DM2 group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). ② Serum lipids: The levels of TC and TG in DM1 group were higher than those in DM2 group. HDL-C in DM1 group was lower than that in DM2 group. There was no significant difference in LDL-C between DM1 group and DM2 group. The correlation between H.pylori infection and peripheral blood markers of inflammation (CRP, Fg, PLT, WBC) in MS patients: Fg (4.51 ± 0.87) g / L in MS1 group was 4.13 ± 0.72 g / L High, the difference between the two was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The blood glucose of patients with H.pylori infection is not easy to be controlled. H.pylori infection can make DM patients with elevated levels of TC, TG, HDL-C levels decreased. But no effect on LDL-C.
