游客感知评价是一项系统的综合性评价过程,与旅游景点的环境和服务质量密不可分。基于旅游体验过程的游客感知评价,对旅游管理者加强旅游服务质量管理以及提升旅游品质都具有指导意义。本文在此以敦煌石窟为例,就旅游体验过程中的游客感知评价展开实证研究。
Tourist perception evaluation is a systematic and comprehensive evaluation process, which is closely related to the environment and service quality of tourist attractions. The evaluation of tourists based on the process of tourism experience evaluation is of guiding significance to the tour managers to strengthen the management of tourism service quality and to enhance the tourism quality. This article takes Dunhuang Grottoes as an example to carry out empirical research on tourist perception in the process of traveling experience.
