在动态不确定性竞争环境中,制造战略的传统制定方法面临着挑战。为了研究新的制定方法,提出了集成先进制造模式和权变制造战略的新思路。在研究方法上,基于先进制造模式的特征分析开发了关于先进制造组织特征的调查问卷,并在98家企业开展了实证调查。因子分析的结果显示有6种共通的组织特征。这些特征为权变制造战略的制造目标提供了选择。基于因子分析结果构建了结合两种方法的制造战略制定模型。
In a dynamic and uncertain competition environment, the traditional methods of manufacturing strategy are faced with challenges. In order to study the new method of formulation, a new idea of integrating advanced manufacturing model and contingency manufacturing strategy was put forward. In the research methods, based on the analysis of the characteristics of advanced manufacturing model developed on the characteristics of advanced manufacturing organizations questionnaire, and carried out in 98 companies survey. The results of factor analysis showed that there are 6 common organizational features. These features provide the choice of manufacturing goals for a contingency manufacturing strategy. Based on the result of factor analysis, a manufacturing strategy formulation model combining two methods is constructed.
