目前地质勘查工作由过去的国有地勘队伍独家经营,转变为多种所有制单位共同参与的格局,煤炭地勘单位生产经营方式发生了较大变化。借鉴国外先进管理体系,结合自身实际,提出了管理工作要实现标准化、规范化、程序化、责任化。就加强和改进生产管理工作,提出了要着重加强生产要素中的安全、质量、效率管理,并对这三个要素的辩证关系进行了讨论。
At present, the work of geological prospecting has been exclusively run by the state-owned geological prospecting teams in the past and has been transformed into a pattern of joint participation by various ownership units. The production and operation methods of coal geological exploration units have undergone major changes. Reference advanced foreign management system, combined with their own reality, put forward the management of work to achieve standardization, standardization, proceduralization, responsibility. In order to strengthen and improve production management, it was put forward that we should focus on strengthening the management of safety, quality and efficiency in production factors and discussed the dialectical relationship between these three elements.
