提高晶粒细化剂加入量,使5083和5052铝合金铸态组织得到了进一步细化。当Ti含量为0.1%时,再继续提高细化剂加入量对细化效果影响不大,且Al-5Ti-1B丝的晶粒细化效果最好。晶粒细化剂加入熔体后形成TiAl3、TiB2、TiC和Al4C3,其中TiC与Al的晶格常数相近,可直接作为Al的结晶核心,起到了异质形核作用。
Increasing the amount of grain refiner added to the 5083 and 5052 aluminum alloy cast structure has been further refined. When the Ti content is 0.1%, the addition of refiner continues to have little effect on the refining effect, and the grain refining effect of Al-5Ti-1B wire is the best. After the grain refiner is added into the melt, TiAl3, TiB2, TiC and Al4C3 are formed. The lattice constant of TiC is close to that of Al, and can directly act as the nucleation site of Al, playing a heterogeneous nucleation role.
