城市的社会经济发展状况决定着城市电大的变革趋势。本文试图探寻城市经济发展同城市电大建设间的 内在联系及其规律。概括表达为同制依存律、同构相合律、同量扩张律、同格延伸律和同向拓展律五个方面，城市 电大的办学体制应随城市经济体制的转制而“改制”；专业布局应随经济结构的建构而“调构”；学生规模应随经济 总量的扩大而“扩量”；学历层次应随经济规格的提升而“升格”；教学方向应随经济发展的走向而“取向”。提出城 市电大应自觉按其所依托的城市的社会经济形象设计自身教育形象的见解。
The status of urban socio-economic development determines the trend of change in TVU. This article attempts to explore the inner relationship and its law between the urban economic development and the city’s TVU construction. Generally speaking, the system of city TV universities should be “restructured” with the transformation of the urban economic system; the professional layout should be based on five aspects: the law of the same system, the law of isomorphism, the law of the same amount of expansion, With the construction of economic structure and “reconciliation”; student size should expand with the expansion of the economy, “expansion”; academic level should be upgraded with economic specifications and “upgrade”; teaching direction should be with the economic development and “orientation ”. It is proposed that the TVU should consciously design its own educational image according to the social and economic image of the city upon which it relies.
