实行职业技能鉴定,推行职业资格证书制度,是人力资源开发的一项战略性措施,对于加快中高级技能人才的培养、调整人力资源中高技能员工的结构具有重要意义。应通过创新和改进工作方法,完善鉴定体系,切实提高职业技能鉴定工作质量和水平。本文从基础工作的完善、规范考试程序、考评员管理等方面,就石油企业如何提高职业技能鉴定质量水平,谈了观点和看法。
The implementation of vocational skill appraisal and the implementation of the vocational qualification certificate system are a strategic measure for human resources development. They are of great significance in accelerating the training of middle and senior skilled personnel and in adjusting the structure of high-skilled staff in human resources. Through innovation and improvement of working methods, the appraisal system should be perfected to effectively improve the quality and level of professional skill appraisal.
