目的:建立HPLC法测定降糖明目颗粒中羟基红花黄色素A的含量测定方法。方法:采用Waters symmetry色谱柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm);以水-三氟乙酸(100∶0.1)为A相,乙腈-三氟乙酸(100∶0.1)为B相,梯度洗脱程序为0~20min,5%~20%(B);流速为1.0 mL.min-1;检测波长为403 nm;柱温40℃。结果:羟基红花黄色素A在0.099 2~3.968μg呈良好线性关系,r=0.999 9,平均回收率和RSD分别为100.2%和2.96%。结论:本方法简便、准确、重复性好,可测定该制剂中羟基红花黄色素A的含量。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of hydroxysafflor yellow A in Jiangtangmingmu Granules by HPLC. METHODS: Waters symmetry column (4.6 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm) was used. The aqueous phase was eluted with acetonitrile-trifluoroacetic acid (100: 0.1) as phase A 0-20min, 5% -20% (B); the flow rate was 1.0 mL.min-1; the detection wavelength was 403 nm; the column temperature was 40 ℃. Results: There was a good linear relationship between hydroxysafflor yellow A and 0.099 2 ~ 3.968 μg, r = 0.999 9. The average recoveries and RSDs were 100.2% and 2.96%, respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and reproducible. The content of hydroxysafflor yellow A in this preparation can be determined.
