本研究探讨初三学生的自我考试压力管理能力对考试应激的影响作用。对浙江省506名初三年级学生的问卷调查研究发现:控制焦虑、时间管理和延迟、前摄性应对等自我管理能力对考试应激的生理唤醒和心理反应两方面均有显著的影响;保持放松、应对生理反应、问题解决、控制不良情绪、考试目标调节和求助运用对生理唤醒和心理反应的因果关系均不显著;并且保持放松、控制焦虑、应对生理反应、问题解决、控制不良情绪、时间管理和延迟、考试目标调节、求助运用和前摄性应对相互间呈现显著的中度正相关。
This study explores the effect of self-examination stress management ability of junior students on test stress. A questionnaire survey of 506 seniors in Zhejiang Province found that self-management abilities such as control anxiety, time management, and delay and proactive coping have a significant impact on both physiological awakening and psychological reactions of test stress; Relax, coping with physiological reactions, solving problems and controlling bad emotions. The causal relationship between the adjustment of the test objectives and the help and application of physiological arousal and psychological reactions was insignificant. And it remained relaxed, controlled the anxiety, responded to the physiological reactions, solved the problems and controlled the bad emotions. Time management and delay, test goal adjustment, help-seeking and proactive responses showed a significant positive correlation with each other.
