作者就~(18)F-脱氧葡萄糖(FDG)正电子发射体层扫描(PET)对治疗后肺癌患者的预后评价进行了研究。对象为113例接受过手术、化疗和放疗单一或联合治疗的非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者。男76例,女37例,年龄29~83岁。鳞癌42例,腺癌43例,支气管肺泡癌和大细胞癌各7例,非小细胞癌13例,混合型腺癌和大细胞癌1例。一线治疗后至PET FDG平均时间8.1个月。FDG PET要求禁食4小时以上。PET仪为GE 4096Plus型或ADVANCED
The authors studied the prognosis of patients with lung cancer treated with ~(18)F-deoxyglucose (FDG) positron emission tomography (PET). The subjects were 113 patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) who had undergone surgery, chemotherapy, and radiotherapy alone or in combination. There were 76 males and 37 females, aged 29-83 years old. There were 42 cases of squamous cell carcinoma, 43 cases of adenocarcinoma, 7 cases of bronchoalveolar carcinoma and large cell carcinoma, 13 cases of non-small cell carcinoma, and 1 case of mixed adenocarcinoma and large cell carcinoma. The average time from first-line treatment to PET FDG was 8.1 months. FDG PET requires fasting for more than 4 hours. PET instrument for GE 4096Plus type or ADVANCED
