结构超塑性材料在起塑状态下,具有高塑性、低变形抗力,而且几乎无弹复和宏观应变硬化效应.因此,超塑挤压技术在少无切削成型领域中近年来得到较快的发展,同时向力学理论提出一系列问题,要求从理论上给予规律性的指导和普遍性的解答.因此,对超塑挤压力学的研究很受国外学者的重视,在国内也开始引起反响.本文力图以有限的篇幅对几种典型超塑挤压力学理论:刚塑性有限元摄动法、流函数法、滑移线场法和解析法予以概括性的介绍.旨在使读者对其基本思路、特点和研究方法能初步有所了解.

This paper attempts to give a brief introduction of several typical theories of superplastic extrusion mechanics: rigid plastic finite element perturbation method, stream function method, slip line field method and analytic method in a limited space. Features and research methods can be initially understood.
