At present, miniature high performance liquid chromatography is very attractive. Micro-living (0.5 ~ 2 mm in inner diameter) has high performance of chromatographic separation, and can greatly reduce the consumption of mobile phase. Because of the small inner diameter of the miniature column, the HPLC needs special changes, the volume of the sampler and cell must be reduced, and the pump must deliver precisely as low a flow as 10 μl / min. This paper reports the analysis of 32 free and bound bile acids, unsaturated sterols, and steroid acids using a microcolumn (50 cm x 1 mm id) and a modified Waters High Performance Liquid Chromatography system. The Waters 6000 Series pump was connected to a Waters flow separator delivering 10 to 90 μl / min. The Waters U 6 K was equipped with a 10 μl injection loop attached to a stainless steel mini column (HR SM-50-C18, C-M
