根际是土壤——根系——微生物三者紧密结合相互影响的场所,是植物摄取营养的主要场所。根际微生物在土壤植物营养物质与植物交换中,起着消化、转移、固定的作用。本文对土壤氮素转化有关的不同基因型茶树根际细菌及酶活性等动态研究,以期揭示其消长规律、酶特性及其氮素转化的关系,现将研究报道如下:
The rhizosphere is the place where soil, root system and microorganism closely interact with each other and is the main place where plants absorb nutrients. Rhizosphere microorganisms in the soil plant nutrients and plant exchange, plays a digestive, metastatic, fixed role. In this paper, dynamic changes of rhizosphere bacteria and enzyme activity in different genotypes of tea plants related to soil nitrogen transformation were studied in order to reveal the relationship between the growth and decay, enzyme characteristics and nitrogen conversion.
