现代经济的竞争就是技术的竞争,技术的竞争就是专利的竞争。纵观当今世界,凡是能在激烈竞争中保持长盛不衰的企业无不拥有众多专利,如IBM去年获批准专利达1724项。再看我国的情况:从1985年4月1日中国专利局正式受理我国第一份专利申请开始,专利申请数量飞速增长,从1996年开始每年超过10万件,截至1998年3月31日,中国专利局累计受理专利申请764045件。其中,计算机扮演了举足轻重的角色。
The competition of modern economy is the competition of technology. The competition of technology is the competition of patent. Throughout today's world, those who can remain fiercely competitive enterprises are all numerous patents, such as IBM last year approved the patent reached 1724.
