国内采用高碳高铬马氏体系9Cr18不锈钢制造在石油、化工、海洋等腐蚀性介质中工作的轴承,已有十余年的历史。关于该钢锻造及热处理方面的问题已有较系统的研究,特别在资料中,已明确指出铸造过热缺陷及其危害。但近年来,在9Cr18不锈钢成品检验过程中发现如图1的锻造过热缺陷。关于这种缺陷的形成条件及其危害,加工部门各持不同的看法,有碍加工工艺的改进。为进一步弄清该缺陷的形成原因,提供可资借鉴的锻件的金相检查标准,以利工艺的改进和9Cr18不锈钢轴承加工质量的提高,而进行本实验。
Domestic use of high-carbon high-chromium Martensitic 9Cr18 stainless steel manufacturing in the oil, chemicals, marine and other corrosive media bearings, has more than 10 years of history. The steel forging and heat treatment has been a more systematic study of the problem, especially in the data, it has been clearly pointed out casting defects and their hazards. However, in recent years, 9Cr18 stainless steel finished product inspection process found in Figure 1 forging overheating defects. On the formation of such defects and its hazards, the processing sector each hold different views, hinder the improvement of processing technology. In order to further clarify the formation of the defect, provide metallurgical inspection standards for reference for the improvement of the process and 9Cr18 stainless steel bearing processing quality improvement, and the experiment.
