本文通过二阶最佳校正设计,使干式挠性加速度计模拟加矩伺服回路变成一个超调量小,快速性好,又满足带宽要求的最佳的二阶系统。对这个系统进行模拟试验,获得了比较满意的结果。
In this paper, the second-order optimal correction design makes the dry-type flexible accelerometer analog torque servo loop become an optimal second-order system with small overshoot, high speed and bandwidth. The simulation test of this system has obtained more satisfactory results.
