制度自信是对制度效能的积极评价和制度优势的坚定信心.制度自信与制度的探索、建立、发展和完善相伴相生,源于深层制度理论的指导性、创新性,更源于在制度实践中被反复确证的科学性和有效性.在中国共产党建党百年奋斗历程中,中国共产党适应革命、建设和改革发展需要,紧紧围绕推进国家治理体系与治理能力现代化发展要求,不断加强制度建设,奠定起中国特色社会主义制度自信坚实的历史、理论、实践根基.基于建党百年奋斗历程,深刻把握中国特色社会主义制度自信的生成逻辑与独特优势,不断增强中国特色社会主义制度自信,能更好将制度优势转化为国家治理效能,为有效应对百年未有之大变局,实现中华民族伟大复兴提供强有力的制度支撑.
